Binding examples are misleading

The binding examples in the README and on http://emberjs.com are kind of misleading since it's not stated that the bindings are synced when the RunLoop is finished.

This is also discussed in emberjs/website#43 and on StackOverflow.

I added a note to the Bindings section in the README that it takes time to resolve bindings. We should probably provide a more in-depth explanation of this.

@pangratz Can you point out the specific examples on the website that tripped you up?

@tomdale I opened the issue back then because there were these questions on SO and in the issue tracker of the website. I took a quick look at the website and I haven't seen any misleading examples. Also since these kind of questions haven't been asked lately, I guess this issue can be closed ...
