The Postgrex.Notifications module doesn't implement a child_spec, but the documentation seems to assume that it does (or I'm misreading it):

In order to use it, first you need to start the notification process. In your supervision tree:

{Postgrex.Notifications, name: MyApp.Notifications}

Was a child_spec intentionally omitted?
