PyYAML is up to version 5.3.1, we're on 3.13 which was released Jul 5, 2018.

In PyYAML before 5.1, the yaml.load() API could execute arbitrary code if used with untrusted data. The load() function has been deprecated in version 5.1 and the UnsafeLoader has been introduced for backward compatibility with the function.

Just saw #1487 - so good to hear new release is in the works to resolve this

This is corrected now in 5.8.4 release.
