Description [REQUIRED]

In #4508, it was determined that the eKuiper rules-engine is not able to make authenticated calls to the EdgeX APIs.

Per the EdgeX Microservice Authentication UCR it should be able to do so.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Send commands via authenticated message bus
  • Send REST API calls with an appropriate EdgeX JWT
