Moved jetty-dir.css from jetty-util to jetty-server, so that it can be found by ResourceHandler when using JPMS. Updated DefaultServlet to call a ResourceHandler method to retrieve the stylesheet. Signed-off-by: Simone Bordet <simone.bordet@gmail.com>
