Dynamic launch config detection

I am generating a child launch config while doing a debug on parent launch config something like below

• Parent folder
o .theia
 Launch.json
o Child folder
 .theia (dynamically generated during parent debug)
• Launch.json

In this case the dynamically created launch json is not getting detected automatically in the debug view. Should I do anything to get the dynamically generated launch.json to appear in the debug selector?
