Can't seem to find a setting for it. Is it possible to change the background color? I'm using Eclipse on Windows/WSL and it's white on white by default with not much of a border, and the popup doesn't stand out well. This seems like a platform thing, not specific to a particular editor contribution.
The dark scheme is better but I prefer black on white.
