[BUG] scroll position in Manage dialog is not reset after navigating to another collection

Describe the bug

The scroll position in the file listing inside of the Manage dialog is preserved when navigating to another collection.

This can lead to the user being presented with an empty list if the user scrolled many pages down.

Expected behavior

The scroll position in the file listing to be reset when the user navigates to a different collection.

To Reproduce

• open the manage dialog
• navigate to a collection with many child resources and/or collections
• scroll down to the end of the list
• navigate to a new collection with less children (often parent collection is enough)
