I want to add MSWEP as a supported dataset. I will make a PR.

To Do:

.datasets needs to be updated with MSWEP info.
_wflow.py should allow specification of forcing variables. Only precip in the case of MSWEP. If not possible, ewatercycle.forcing should allow custom recipe.yml's.
Update documentation accordingly.
