Current config of the release drafter and the docs are not supporting git-flow completely

This is not possible with release-drafter: they explicitly call out that this is used for a single branch (main) workflow.

So would have to add docs explanation that this will require a a copy of the generated release notes before doing a release and pasting it into release notes once the tag is released.
