return to intended page after ensure login

right now after ensure auth, its hard coded to redirect ot /home. we want this to continue on to the intended page after logging in.

apparently this is an issue with passport. i tried making the changes in my code but the solution here didnt work. really this isnt the worst problem but ill move on for now and come back if its a real problem
