Current message is the same for missing, malformed and unsupported URIs (InvalidRepositoryRemoteUrl or InvalidSubmoduleUrl for submodules. Having specialized message would be better.

Delete unused resource RepositoryUrlEvaluationExceededMaximumAllowedDepth
