Excessive memory usage

While compiling the memory usage is increased up to 6GB, What should I look for?

Database: Postgres

I'm running on dotnet 6 after everything is up the memory usage is increased to 6GB
Identity user feature I play with the service interface service lifetime Transient(), other features with CQRS, and for the read-only disable Change Tracking use AsNoTracking().

Is the problem to be taken from the models relations? cuz when I disable foreign key constraints the memory is reduced

You haven't even explained the scenario. What are you compiling?

I'm asking because it actually sounds like you're describing running a scenario using EFcore (not compiling it). In which case, this would have nothing up do with Roslyn.
