I've installed version 1.0.1.1927902 in VS 2019 16.3 Preview 1.0, and some functionality doesn't appear to exist:

unlike the screenshot in the README, I don't get a Build Log Explorer (the other two items are there)
it doesn't appear possible to switch to the binlog format: I can do Save Logs…, but that shows a folder prompt (which doesn't let me choose a format). The folder ends up only containing a txt file. Likewise, I can Open Logs External…, but that just opens a txt file in notepad.

Is there currently a way to view these logs in a structured format? Can I get timestamps with the txt format?
