  1. Check for Missing Artifacts and Report.
  2. Improve GCPerfSim by adding runtime to Stdout so that it can be parsed.
  3. Precondition checks on the corerun and the GCPerfSim.dll.
  4. GCPerfSim overrides per run.
  5. Filtering Logic + choosing columns.
