Description

Entries in a flyout footer get covered by the keyboard when opened.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new MAUI project
2. Add an entry to Shell.FlyoutFooter
3. Run on iOS
4. Tap on the entry. Observe that it gets covered by the keyboard

Verified this issue with Visual Studio 17.6.12(build 410) (8.0.21 & 8.0.20). Can repro it.
