Multi-Project App template creates invalid solution when un-checking platforms

1. Create new .NET MAUI Multi-Project App, but uncheck certain platforms

RESULT:
The project is created, but the SLN points to the non-existed un-checked platforms

EXPECTED:
Solution should always reference only the selected platforms
