MAUI needs a XAML Designer

When Hot Reload works it's great.
IMHO it is also understandable that it doesn't always work on all platforms, e.g. when new things like XCode 15 arrive etc.

I think from the developer perspective this is totally okay, but ONLY IF there was a designer.

Currently we oftentimes have to wait 5 minutes every time we want to move a label by 5 px to the right or left.

It is just an incredible waste of time.
You would think you could just design using Hot Reload on another platform then. but the problem is when using Hot Reload on a particular platform, it is very often when trying to fix different outcomes on different platforms due to bugs in MAUI (like image sizing or whatnot). For every little detail we have to spend X minutes to build and deploy an app to then hope we somehow found the fix by using wrong code.
