I'd like to be able to run something like dotnet ngbv cloud --all-vars --with-output

And it would define the variables with the isOutput setting, so that the variables can be referred to in a subsequent job.
eg.

##vso[task.setvariable variable=myOutputJobVar;isoutput=true]this is the same job too
