Any documentation on how to get this working with apollo-upload-client?

Can't seem to get this working with apollo-upload-client. any documentation around connecting the two?

I don't think any special configuration needed for uploading.

Can't seem to use the Upload Scalar type even when it's defined in codegen.yml. For example the below example complains it can't find Upload so I tired adding it to codegen. I've also seen someone suggest using a File scalar if it's for the client but that doesn't seem to work either.

The example in the documentation doesnt create a subscriptions endpoint that I can connect to

GraphQL Codegen has nothing to do with upload scalars and upload flow. If you wish to use it, just make sure to map Upload scalar to the correct one you are using, based on the env (client/server). The error you shared seems unrelated to the codegen types. We can try to help you with that, but as @ardatan said, we need a live, running reproduction and not just logs/errors.
