Release 2.0.3 including security fixes

Would you please release Dom4J 2.0.3 including security fixes such as CVE-2018-1000632 for the benefit of users who cannot upgrade to Java 8 at this time.

BTW, the 2.0.3 milestone has past due by 4 months, and this issue #48/#55 and #54 would been added to the 2.0.3 milestone.
A new release will make sense. Looking forward to it~

Thanks for releasing 2.0.3, which I confirm is now in Maven Central and was compiled with Java 1.5 bytecode so should accommodate those seeking to remediate CVE-2018-1000632.
