Thanks for updating this documentation, Javier! May I ask you to target the 3.1 branch so we can update the stable version of the docs? If not, I can take care of it before merging.
I noticed there are some duplicated colons there, but I'm not sure if they are intentional or not. Could you check those and let me know if they're ok? Thanks!

Most changes are cosmetic ... but I also promoted Symfony4/Flex more in the docs.
