Provide complete guidelines on citing a Dockstore workflow

Making citations from Dockstore workflows is not obvious and easy, even with the DOI feature.

There should be a place to copy/paste a complete citation for use in an academic paper from a public workflow.

The documentation here should include a complete citation to cite Dockstore https://docs.dockstore.org/en/stable/faq.html#how-do-i-cite-dockstore

Describe alternatives you've considered

Making more robust documentation.

This came up during a project using Dockstore/Terra at UCSC.
