Improve the UI of topics on the My Workflows/Tools/Notebooks page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The topic-related information on the Info tab on the My Workflows/Tools/Notebooks page takes up three lines, which is a lot of space compared to the rest of the info. It will also get busier once we add AI topics.

While we're at it, re-evaluate to see if the meaning of "Topic Automatic" is obvious to a user and rename it if not.

Describe the solution you'd like
Design the topic-related information so it doesn't take up as much room. A suggestion was to only display one topic and have a drop down where users can see the other topics and change the selection.
