The --no-color flag is not supported with docker compose up

Hi

I'm creating some automation script so I'm redirecting outputs to a log file. To keep the log clean, I'm using the --no-color flag as soon as it exists.

By running docker compose up --help, I can see the presence of the flag:

Usage:  docker compose up [OPTIONS] [SERVICE...]

Create and start containers

Options:
      [...]
      --no-color                  Produce monochrome output.
      [...]

But by running docker compose up -d --no-color, I got unknown flag: --no-color.

Reproduce

docker compose up -d --no-color.

The --no-color flag is well mentioned in the help but compose complaints about unknown flag

Expected behavior

The output of docker compose up should be monochrome; no use of ANSI colors.
