I would like to request a new namespace in the __std registry for a specific purpose. I suggest using __std.dx as the name for this namespace. The purpose of this namespace is to allow the use of a wrapped process-compose to launch built actionDrv derivations. This functionality would be activated using the following code:

(inputs.std.runnables "localOperables" {dx.run = true;})

I am open to suggestions for improvements to this proposal.

Potentially we want to defer "Contribution & Development Environment" to one of the sister projects in the community because such scope has independent audience and community dynamics / economies of scale.

We'd need to make sure that we have the outreach into such project in place such as that our integration use case is at least not accidentially sabotaged.

Let's keep this open for reference and tracking but I'm labeling this as "blocked" with intent of deference.
