createMatchPathAsync should support config addMatchAll

createMatchPathAsync fourth params is addMatchAll default true, this will add * to paths, so when innerRequest is package.json, it will get root package.json

in webpack5 resolver.join return a path that's not startsWith ., so this is will cause problem
