Given PyCQA/flake8#1787, it seems that flake8 will be never usable for doctests (thanks to @asottile).
M.b. don't use flake8-related stuff at all, given issues like PyCQA/pydocstyle#309 and rely more on the pylint, which also has sane maintainers.
