Renaissance have plans to build two kinds of light hotspot, With experience in customer service and tech support.Our CTO is working in IOT solution for many years and brought us to Helium.Our goal is to become the top Helium maker in the United States.

Renaissance Management LLC established in 2018, manages multiple brands,we have employees all over the U.S and Philippines,we developed smart sports equipments allows us to measure our performance and report it to our smartphones.Have sold around 180,000 units.We focus on spotminer for helium hotspot currently,will dedicate resources to advocate the Helium network.

Customer Support

Renaissance’s greatest strength is our customer support.We will have a 24 hour technical support phone line, email, text message, and live chat to assist all of our customers. Our customer service management and team is chosen from some of the best customer service companies in the Philippines. Each of our technical support staff goes through much training to be able to help customers with Helium installations and network problems.We will set local customer service to handle repairs and replacements.

Have you built gateways before?-No How many gateways did you make?- If you have not built gateways before, are you using a third party manufacturer? This is the single largest risk with most hardware ventures. If possible please provide information about your manufacturing partners and supply chain. -Renaissance cooperated with factories in Vietnam,we are confident in our production and supply chain. Our factories produce sport smart device, will produce helium hotspot at same factories.

Where are you sourcing your components from?-America and China

How many radio modules/ concentrators can you procure? -5,000units each month

How many hotspots are you planning to manufacture and sell within the first six months of sales? 20,000 units

How much money will be required up-front? How much money do you have on-hand, and how much do you have access to?-Renaissance sold a sub company to an investment group in 2021, and invest over USD $1 million for full and light helium hotspot.

What is your plan for additional financing if required? (This is the second biggest risk in new hardware ventures, getting almost over the line and then running out of cash.)--.We have other business which can earn money and will invest on this project.

Risks & Challenges

Global shortages on IC and other electronic components. We have strong supply chain. For increasing numbers of selling,the customer service becomes more important to operate the brand. We have much experience on operating brand and keep good reputation.
