wrong error coming when deleting a external helm app release and opening the UI.

👟 Reproduction steps

Deploy a external helm app.
open that helm app on devtron.
delete namespace
check the UI of that helm app.

👍 Expected behavior

4xx error with correct message

👎 Actual Behavior

5xx internal server error
