[question] mass users update?

Thank you for this gem. It's a great pluggable solution focused on the devise side of MFA and not locking us regarding the transport layer.

One question, we have millions of users and to enable it for all users we need to update each user individually via:

user.otp_required_for_login = true
user.otp_secret = User.generate_otp_secret
user.save!

We would love to mass update users via SQL, but the opt_secret store in the DB has a more complex structure than the opt_secret (24 random alpha-numeric characters) which looks like this:

{"p"=>"xxx", "h"=>{"iv"=>"xxx", "at"=>"xxx==", "e"=>"xxx=="}}

Could you describe this a bit more this value so we could generate it directly in SQL?
