Laggy Scrollable behavior when scrolling with mouse wheel with 2 scrollbars

Create scrollable container that shows two scrollbars (both vertical and horizontal).
Scroll to upper-right corner.
Hold mouse wheel and repeatedly scroll from upper-right corner to bottom-left and then back and again still holding mouse wheel.
You can notice that horizontall scrolling is a bit laggy.

Replace left with transform, disable bar size recalculation on scroll.
