Describe the bug

Hello!
I deploy a cluster for my peers, but I encountered a fatal problem.
There are four agents in my cluster, I deployed them by the same way. But only one agent can show the JupyterLab page, others can't.
I try to find out the problem by view the log in WebUI. Then, here is the agent which is able to connect:

Oherwise, other all agents can not show anything on JupyterLab webpage, like this:

The log is:

It seems that it accessed the localhost(127.0.0.1) and returned a 404 error rather a proxy address which is I mentioned before.
So how to settle it? Can anybody help me? Thanks!

Reproduction Steps

  1. Launch a new JupyterLab
  2. Open the task created in step 1.
  3. The webpage show nothing.
