Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I can't tell if I can delete objects (secrets, roles etc) because they may be linked to a replicaset revision we keep around for possible rollbacks. I want to be able to delete resources not linked to existing *set revisions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce a *set (rs, ds,sts) check mode. today only pods are checked for links directly, it is useful to know if there are non-live links active.
