As far as I can tell, it looks like no OpenAPI definition exists for either of these two APIs: The Covid Research API, and the Covid Vaccine API.

I'm looking to add this to the Platform Console UI, but I imagine this would be useful documentation outside of that as well.

If/when this documentation gets created, feel free to reach out on slack or submit a PR here to the respective catalog.yaml files for the Covid Research API here, and the Covid Vaccine API here.
