User Story or Problem Statement

AJ Jones' work while support the CMS Help Desk needs to be reviewed and when errors are discovered, fixed.

Description or Additional Context

AJ Jones was a Help Desk Specialist from February to April 2024. There was a recent instance (see thread here) where his work was inaccurate and it illustrated a need to review his previous work, to make sure the tasks were completed accurately.

Acceptance Criteria

  • An audit of AJ's tickets and, if needed, fixes when errors are discovered.
