While this crate provides nice JS API and Rust library, the Rust library seems to be missing several crucial dependencies, for example ones that would allow you to bundle modules with remote imports (FetchCacher, NpmResolver, etc.). The JS library seems to be more full featured in comparison, as it uses deno_cache which implements some of this functionality in TypeScript.

Please correct me if I am missing something.
