Move the providers to the official koanf repo?

Now that koanf is v2.0 and every provider and parser is an independent module in the same repo, the earlier concerns of bundling (knadh/koanf#186, knadh/koanf#180) are no longer valid.

Would you want to send a PR to the official koanf repo for these providers? They just have to have their own go.mod files like this, that's all.
