Hello!

First of all, I would say thanks to the contributors and maintainers of this project. You are doing a great job making openapi codegen in the right way:)

Currently, I developing a few RESTful services and there are few things that stop us from using your generator:

1. First of all, it will be super good to provide API with automatic marshaling/unmarshalling stuff like proposed in add special case for application/x-www-form-encoded bodies #210.
2. The second thing is to support maps infer map from additionalProperties #211 and data types (https://swagger.io/docs/specification/data-models/data-types/) validation.

@deepmap-marcinr could you please share your feeling about adding such features?
