My dexc is registered to a server which is no longer up, and is unable to connect. I cannot disable it because on this line xc is null, and this case isn't handled:

dcrdex/client/webserver/site/src/js/dexsettings.ts

Line 55 in c1136cd

const xc = app().exchanges[host]
