  1. Create SPV wallet
  2. Fund wallet and purchase ticket(s)
  3. Reconfigure wallet to alpha RPC
[ERR] CORE[dcr][SPV][VSP]: ticket ...: reconcile payment: wallet.AgendaChoices: invalid operation: database not open
