Incorrect distance future prefix for some time units in ukrainian locale

Localize token function constantly uses future prefix "за", but it correct only for seconds, minutes, hours. In other time units (days, weeks, months, years) should be used prefix "через".

Also there is a typo: дня -> дні.

Singular generative uses for numbers ends for 2..4 except 12..14 (here). In this case using rule Matching numerals with nouns point 2: multiple nominative. According to the dictionary, it should be дні.

Future prefix may be really controversial. It may depend on context where duration will be used. Wouldn't it be better to let the user override this setting?
