Earth Observation Gridded STAC Series

End-to-end Earth Observation series showing downloading Sentinel-2 STAC assets for Alaska from MSFT Planetary Computer, tiling them to H3 global grid, band stacking, NDVI, merging (mosaicing), clipping, and applying a Segment Anything Model

Notes:

  • ipynb files can be previewed in GitHub and can also be imported into Databricks, more here.
  • 'library.py' and 'sam_lib.py' are not imported as notebooks but rather as Workspace Files.
