I am using dask and Pytorch to try and train a GRU. I loaded my dataset from a HDF5 file into a dask array with chunks and wrapped my model in the skorch wrapper and passed it to the incremental wrapper. However, when I run .fit() I am getting the follow error:
ValueError: Layer ('fit-ad6ce7d021e40c47b5aa99acf001e3a5', 3) not in the HighLevelGraph's layers: ['original-array-d606b5e5d4408be00dfb9feec6dd0024', 'array-d606b5e5d4408be00dfb9feec6dd0024', 'transpose-029dab7b3ec480131a9ed61e0ab9b389', 140378087735552, 'getitem-9fdadc0f626aed72aae774e4443573d6', 'reshape-b3657686f4ddb1b28724a78ec8192578']
I did transpose my dask array and index over a part of it for the y target dataset. But I don't think that would cause this issue
