The filterwarnings block in tox.ini is getting large, and some of the warnings that we once had to ignore are now no longer emitted with the latest versions of our dependencies. Any such obsolete warnings should be removed from tox.ini, accompanied by setting the minimum version(s) of the relevent dependencies high enough to forbid any versions that were producing the warnings.
