Bootstrap steps, roughly:

xcode-select --install
git clone https://github.com/excitedleigh/config.git
cd config
/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
brew install pyenv
curl -sSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sdispater/poetry/master/get-poetry.py | ~/.pyenv/versions/$(cat .python-version)/bin/python

The Homebrew installer will install Xcode dev tools for us, it turns out
