Infinite loop problem on Success Hook

I want that all my successfull job send and even to an external system after they succeeded.

The issue is that in my sensor I'm returning a RunRequest which send the alert.
When that alert is sent, the run_status_sensor send an alert of the successfull alert sent job, and so on.
Since there's no exclude parameter in the run_status_sensor is there an easy way I could achieve that without the need to selecting all of my jobs?
