transition.style(name, value) doesn’t clear previously-set end event listeners. #89

For example, this should transition the body background color to green, and not remove the green style at the end:

d3.select("body").transition()
  .style("background", null)
  .style("background", "green")

To workaround this bug, you must explicitly remove the previously-set end event listener:

d3.select("body").transition()
  .style("background", null)
  .style("background", "green")
  .on("end.style.background", null)
