Between Nov 4 and 10, Node upgraded its LTS version from 14 to 16. As a result, GitHub Action workflows using @cypress-io/github-action@v2 and Node version lts/* are failing on Windows OS (especially relevant for testing Edge browser).

Could not find a Cypress configuration file, exiting.
We looked but did not find a "cypress.json" file in this folder: D:\a\REPOSITORY\REPOSITORY
Error: The process 'C:\hostedtoolcache\windows\node\16.13.0\x64\npx.cmd' failed with exit code 1
