Current behavior:

The Open In IDE button for each run disappears when the test is rerun

Desired behavior:

The button should still be available when the test is rerun

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#8097, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
